Construcción del Centro Internacional de Negocios La Triada proyecto en el centro de Bucaramanga, consolidándose como una de las construcciones más significativas de la ciudad.

Expansión a la costa Atlántica con proyectos de vivienda en Santa Marta y Barranquilla, donde actualmente somos líderes.​

Inicio de proyectos de vivienda en Cali.​

Llegada a Cartagena con oficinas y proyectos de vivienda.​

Construcción de proyectos como el Cacique Centro Comercial, Hotel Holiday Inn Bucaramanga Cacique y el Edificio Metropolitan Business Park.​

Inauguración del Centro Comercial Delacuesta en el sur del Área Metropolitana de Bucaramanga.​

Inauguración en Barranquilla de las Torres del Atlántico y el Hotel Crowne Plaza.​

Compromiso con la construcción sostenible y participación en programas estatales como el Semillero de Propietarios, con un enfoque en Vivienda de Interés Social (VIS).

Expansión internacional con la apertura de oficinas en Panamá y el inicio de proyectos de infraestructura en Centroamérica.
